Let me tell you about some of the most amazing customer service and mitigation work I received from Luke of West Coast Fire and Water. Luke was an absolute dream during the nightmare I was experiencing with my home. Luke was extremely professional. He walked me through the process, explained everything to me in a way that made everything easy to understand, and kept me informed every step of the way. He answered all of my phone calls (and I called a lot) and he made me feel like I was not alone in this process. He completed everything quickly and I can't thank him enough. At a time when anxiety is at its peak, Luke at West Coast Fire & Water was the calm in the storm. He explained the entire process, answered questions and was truly kind. He treated my home as if it were his own. I'd never filed a home insurance claim before (#blessed) and was terrified by the process but their thoroughness (going into the attic and crawlspace under the house to assess damage) was impressive. Your whole team @ west coast and fire & water did a great job and the general contractor Victor was awesome. Communication was great. There was a few delays from the city, but that was out of their hands and the general contractor stayed in top of it.
