Texas Certified Restoration

Last winter my pipes under my house froze up and being old pipes when everything thawed out, a couple of the types around me turning my frightened into a lagoon. In today's economy, no one has the money to just open app and buy a new house and that's what I thought I was going to have to do until I encountered Texas certified restoration, they came in, took care of the job, fixed everything cleaned it up. And the price was reasonable. The employees where professional and everything was taken care of quick, thank you guy

I can't recommend this company enough. I was panicking about a possible water issue, and instead of rushing to sell me services, Tracy took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explain exactly what he was seeing every step of the way. He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. In the end, he was completely honest and told me I didn't actually need their restoration services. That kind of integrity is rare these days. It truly felt like they had my best interests in mind rather than trying to make a sale. If I ever do need restoration services in the future, this will absolutely be the first company I call.

I called Texas Certified Restoration at almost 10pm tonight due to inquiring about cracks in my house (they are really available 24 hours as the site says). Even though my problem was not something they handle, Tracy King did not hesitate to refer me to two other credible business that could help assist me with my problem. That right there shows true excellence. I’m pretty sure their business operations are ran the same! Even though I did not get to see their physical service, their service through customer service was superb!

I'm embarrassed to be posting this two and a half years later, but if anything it's a testament to how amazing Tracy is that I still have not forgotten his service. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Shortly after buying an older home pier and beam home in Austin, I discovered there was a break in the plumbing and everything in the toilet had been dumping under the house in the crawlspace creating a lake of yuck. It was such an overwhelming mess, but Tracy came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and was so incredibly personable and kind. It made me feel assured and the stress faded away. He came back that weekend even picking up kitty litter on his way over to help mitigate any odor that would be lingering. He crawled under the house in a very tight space and cleaned it all up without a single complaint. He left a dehumidifier in the space for a few days, as well. He was my hero that month and I'll 1000% call him if I ever need his services and will recommend him to all my family and friends.
