Revival Water Damage Restoration of Orange County

I really can’t say enough good things about Agi and her team. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, communicative, and professional. They recognized how urgent the water damage situation was and moved quickly to get everything under control. Agi’s team handled the water damage remediation and reconstruction from start to finish. Not only that, but they also helped navigate the insurance process. They communicated with the insurance company and made a very stressful situation feel much more manageable. Throughout the entire process, they kept us informed, answered our questions, and followed through on what they promised. Their attention to detail and responsiveness were top notch, but it was their genuine concern for the customer and getting our home back to normal that really stood out. If you ever find yourself dealing with water damage or the need for reconstruction, I HIGHLY recommend this company. They provided exceptional service from beginning to end and we truly feel so lucky we found them in our time of need.

We recently experienced significant water damage originating from our laundry room, which required gutting the space entirely and redoing our custom dining room ceiling. Revival was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Agi jumped right into action, getting her team's drying equipment set up immediately. She was a lifesaver when it came to navigating the complicated insurance process and ensuring our home was completely mitigated and free of mold before any rebuilding started. When it came time for reconstruction, David and his team delivered beyond our expectations. They meticulously restored our dining room ceiling to its original custom look and built us a stunning, completely custom laundry room. I highly recommend Revival for their professionalism, responsiveness, and top-notch craftsmanship!

My home flooded from a burst pipe in the middle of the night, and I am so grateful that my frantic web search led me to reach out to Revival. Agi and David are incredible. They handled EVERY step of the process including communication with my insurance company and worked overtime to get our home back together as soon as possible. If you're standing in a puddle in your living room right now desperately searching for help, especially in the Yorba Linda area, these are the people to call. I could not have navigated this without them.

Without a doubt the BEST people you will ever meet in this line of work. Every detail was executed beautifully. Agi is your master negotiator with numbers and insurance claims and David makes your visions come to life. We had a burst leak in our shower that created water damage so bad through the sub-flooring down to our laundry room. Agi and David have the best advice for navigating the ins and outs of stressful insurance claims and executing design and restoration so your home comes out better than it was before. If you need any contract work they are the most hardworking family owned business with amazing connections. You are in GOOD hands.

Their work is amazing. They handled water damage and mold remediation at my rental property, including an unexpected plumbing repair, and managed everything smoothly even though I was overseas the entire time. They are very responsive and transparent throughout the entire process. I received photos and clear explanations at every step. I could truly feel that they were on my side, always trying to see things from the client's point of view. Their pricing is reasonable as well. I really appreciate their service and highly recommend them.

David and his company is the best of the best. He has done all types of construction on my properties over the last 25 years and would not think of working with anyone else. He does it all and all his work is 10+ in quality. Can’t get better than the best!!!!

David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during our inspection. He answered all of our 2000 questions. He explained the timeline and expectations once the process started. They restored our kitchen after the water damage and rebuilt everything. We ended up also remodeling our kitchen with them, since they also specialize in remodeling. Happy customer here

I had an incredible experience working with Agi and the team at Revival Water Restoration. From the very start, Agi was thorough, taking the time to walk me through every procedure and ensuring I fully understood the entire scope of the project. Communication was seamless and I was constantly kept in the loop with regular updates. I never had to wonder about the status of the work. What impressed me most was Agi’s dedication to quality. She refuses to take shortcuts and pushes to ensure every detail is executed perfectly. If you want the job done right by someone who truly cares, look no further.

David and team did a wonderful job on our house. We had an emergency sewer line clog that resulted in sewage spilling out in our back yard under our deck. David arrived the same day I called to assess the situation and report back so an estimate could be provided. The next morning the job was completed! You get what you pay for and David and team delivered with a high level of professionalism and quality. Many thanks to David too who handled the calls and estimate. Great company.

Very satisfied with their service. They helped us with a bad dishwasher leakage and the resulting water damage to our wood flooring. Super professional and quick to respond. Definitely the go to for water damage restoration in Orange County.
