Resto Pros of Upstate is a company you can truly count on. They’re professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about doing the job right. Communication is clear, the work is handled efficiently, and they go above and beyond to make a stressful situation feel much more manageable with how friendly they are. Matt, Tim, Greco, Levi, and Aiden worked so well as a team…assessing the damage, determining a plan, and executing the remediation within hours of being contacted about my situation. Very courteous in all interactions and helpful with last minute moving of personal items.

Matt, Levi, and Aiden came today to repair damage from a plumbing issue. They did a wonderful job taking extra care to also help make sure everything was prepped to keep our animals safe during the process.

Levi and Junior were extremely thorough when they came to finish our job. They meticulously cleaned up after the demolition, removing all staples/nails, dust, and debris so it was ready for the rebuild. We had a big project that took multiple days and Tim also checked on us a lot throughout the project and ensured the job was finished to his standards. Austin helped us at the beginning of the process to answer questions and ensure that everything will be paid by our insurance.

Levi & Junior came out to take care of a terrible mess in our crawlspace from when a drainpipe disconnected in my kids' bathroom. They were amazing -- efficient, took great care of my family. Thanks also to Jennifer for great communication and getting them out here within 24 hours! :) Pricing is high, but listen -- I'm not gonna DIY sewage cleanup, and they did a great job.

Tim came out the next day when I called with a water damage emergency. He was very helpful and understanding of the stress the situation put us under with fear of the water spreading if not addressed timely. He clearly explained the process and helped file the insurance.
Tim and Levi came back out today after demo and drying equipment in place to check dryness with meters. Said we were dry and good to go. They cleaned up equipment and supplies efficiently and adjusted their schedule to meet with mine.

Austin was very helpful during the initial inspection. Levi, Matt, Aron, Junior, and Greco did a very thorough job of mitigating my water damage. They documented everything with pictures for my insurance company and did a great job of protecting the areas without water damage. They also took time to explain all parts of the process. It’s been a great experience so far in spite of the bad situation and damage.
