Incredible customer service from RestoPros of Southern Maine! From talking to the guy who answered the phone to Matt who came out to assess the situation. They were extremely responsive and available to come right away. I especially appreciated their honesty and willingness to walk us through ways we could mitigate the dog urine odor on our own. Knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. Highly recommend!
From flood disaster to finished renovations, Matt from RestorePros of Southern Maine was professional and an excellent communicator. The black mold was remediated and replacement flooring, cabinets and countertops were found and installed professionally by Keenan Giguere and crew, hired by Matt. We could sit back and deal with the disaster knowing Matt found the perfect crew to do the work.

Anthony, Keyser, Pete and the whole team were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were very warm, polite, responsive, reliable and efficient in their service and their communication.
