Because this was a rental property, coordinating with my tenant and working around everyone’s schedule required extra patience and flexibility. Phil and Leo handled the process impressively and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Great service from start to finish!

Leo provided an excellent and thorough evaluation of my apartment humidity/ moisture levels to spot problem areas. He was very professional and prompt and was mindful of my space and my pet during the assessment. He was communicative and gave great explanations of the expectations for the service and also provided a post-assessment report. He also taught me how to spot warning signs to look out for so that I can keep my space as healthy as possible for me and my loved ones.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend RestoPros New Orleans highly enough\! After a major fire just two houses down from our home, we noticed a smoke smell, water damages from the hoses, and were understandably concerned, especially with children in the house\. Their team responded immediately, came over to assess the situation, and took action right away\. They installed large air\-cleaning units that ran throughout the weekend and checked in every single day to make sure things were improving\. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine concern for our family were exceptional\. We felt supported from the very first call through the entire process\. RestoPros New Orleans was quick, extremely helpful, and got the job done right the first time\. They turned a stressful situation into a manageable one and gave us invaluable peace of mind\. We are so grateful for their care and outstanding service—five stars without hesitation!

I would like to counter my last review. The very nice owner called me back to explain that an answering service has been used lately to help with calls. Apparently I received someone who needs to get another job. The owner spoke with me and explained everything that they do...and they do quite a lot for an initial no cost assessment. I would definitely recommend them!

I had such a great experience working with them! My wife and I had concerns about possible mode or moisture being in our house and the team was able to come out and examine our home and even check on the exterior and under the house to see if there was any moisture or water leaks anywhere and then even metered to see if there’s any potential moisture in air. That helped us have an understanding of where our house was and what to do about it.
