RestoPros of Boise & Treasure Valley

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a great experience working with RestoPros of Boise and the Treasure Valley. Their team is professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. They communicate well, take care of their customers, and do a great job coordinating projects from start to finish. As a local contractor, I appreciate having a restoration company I can confidently work alongside and refer customers to. I highly recommend RestoPros of Boise and the Treasure Valley!

Our house was hit hard by a hail and wind storm, and water made its way into our home between the second and first floors, causing damage to our kitchen and dining room. We called RestoPros around 7 PM and left a voicemail. To our surprise, they called us back that same evening and were able to come out the very next day to assess the damage and get us set up with mitigation services. While opening the ceiling to dry everything out, we discovered that our upstairs bathroom, which had been newly installed within the last year, had been silently leaking. Unfortunately, this resulted in a significant amount of mold. RestoPros took care of the mold remediation and drying process, and they did a quick and excellent job. I do have to admit that communication was a little spotty in the beginning, and the overall process has been slower than I expected. However, that's not entirely the company's fault. Delays and lack of communication from the insurance company also contributed to the timeline. I mention this only to help set expectations for others, because restoration projects often take longer than you think they should, especially when insurance claims and storm-related damage are involved. I know I underestimated that at the start of the process myself. We also understand that many homeowners in the area were impacted by the same storm, so everyone has been dealing with an unusually heavy workload, which has contributed to the overall timeline. There have been a lot of moving parts, but I'm happy to report that we can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. RestoPros has also brought in great companies to complete the restoration work, including roofers, painters, drywall contractors, and window installers. While it has been a long process, all of the employees have been great about answering our questions and addressing our concerns. Everyone we've worked with has been professional, helpful, and understanding throughout a very stressful situation. I would absolutely use RestoPros again in the future (although I certainly hope I won't need to!) and would 100% recommend them to others.

We discovered a leaky pipe in between the bathroom and bedroom, and a lot of mold. Josh was the first to come out to start the remediation process. He was so professional and personable. The last day, Brett (owner) came out . He was equally as kind and professional. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!

When my water heater broke Josh was recommended by our plumber. He can when scheduled, assessed the need and set up equipment so drying could happen quickly, then returned a few days later to assess further need which needed to done. Removed equipment and left us with dry subfloor. Thank you Josh.
