Great company! Came out right away when we had a problem with our bathroom and helped come up with a solution and solved it quickly! Definitely recommend them.

The Prime Restoration team truly cares for their customers! It's clear to me that they their priority isn't making a quick buck and doing work that is "good enough". I had a flood in my basement years ago and I hired a different company to help mitigate the damage and rebuild my basement and it was a nightmare! They did terrible work and overcharged me. The team at Prime is the opposite. They do high quality work, took their time to do the job right and care about the families and the homes they hired for. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

We had a washer incident and water everywhere, Prime restoration was so on top of drying things out quickly and went above and beyond for us. They made the whole process as painless as possible and managed all the work so well. They respond quickly and care about what they do. Absolutely recommend this company.

We had a plumbing repair go wrong and ended up with some significant water damage. These situations are never comfortable and can be stressful but I need to highlight the work these guys have done. Considering they're never dealing with easy circumstances with customers, the professionalism and care these guys demonstrate meets a high standard. Our two techs were Cade and Trent. They worked hard to be very clean and mindful of the situation in our home, but were also very respectful, and thorough in their work to insure that we're not going to be left with worries over mold or any other residual damages. Great job!
