Orange County Restoration Services

OC Restoration Services was great to work with. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment, and Jeff arrived on time for the inspection. Jeff was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would use them again and recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors.

very helpful and cooperative!

Found myself in a hazardous situation with no knowledge of next steps. Reached out to OC Restoration Services and within hours and over the course of days Jeff has provided knowledge, education on laws, researched areas not in his wheelhouse, connected me with a hygeniest, provided guidance, and is helping to find resolution, all with the most professionalism, kindness, and inclincation to help. Truly grateful!

Jeff came out to our rental home, immediately saw the deficiencies of the work of the lesser remediation company that our landlord used to treat a water leak & mold exposure in our rental home. He gave us a clear quote on how to do a deep HEPA cleaning for all of our personal belongings as we relocated under distress. While I hope to not need their services again, definitely give them a call for a quote - top notch professionalism.

Working with Orange County Restoration Services, Inc. was an excellent experience. They responded quickly and paid close attention to every detail, which kept our project on schedule. Their team was professional and communicated clearly throughout, so the whole process ran smoothly. We appreciate their expertise and look forward to partnering with them again!

Jeff and Team you can always count on and 100% recommended

Their communication, and professionalism is top tier! 10/10

Honest, professional, and straight forward was Jeff Murray. Saved me $$Thousands. I recently had another company come and run some air tests and inspect my home. They came back saying I had lots of mold in my attic and my first level ceiling with high moisture and needing to be replaced. I was referred to Jeff Murray at OC Restoration Services as a second option and he walked through everything stating that I was provided incorrect information, ran his tests and even used inferred camera to confirm no moisture and the attic mold was just dry wall dust!! I am so grateful I called and had his 40 years of experience to confirm. Could not be happier and again saved me close to $9k. Thank you, Jeff!

Team did a great job on short notice cleaning up a fire mess. I would use them again.

I was devastated to find out that the people who put in our shower did not seal it, causing water to go into the wall. OC restoration was a great company in this situation because they made a scary problem seem less daunting. I was worried that they were going to open the wall and claim that I needed more extensive services and charge me more, but they didn’t. They were clean and professional and respectful on the property. I asked if they could help refer me to a person to rebuild everything and they referred me to someone who has five stars.. I’m grateful for their help with this problem!
