We had a septic pipe break under the house. Hydro Heroes came out within two hours of the first phone call and immediately began to remediate the situation in the crawlspace. They removed all of the contaminated vapor barrier, and other material that needed to be disposed of. They were very professional very modest in their approach and cleaned up so well that when I went to inspect under the crawlspace. You would not even know that we had that problem. I highly recommend them and will always give their phone number to any of our friends or family that may need them. I give them five stars.

Hydro Heroes did a very thorough job in drying out my garage after a water tank disaster. They treated me well, and were always clear about what was needed and what they were doing. I hope I don’t need to hire them again, but I would if I have to go through what I just went through.

We recently had a water leak and received assistance almost immediately. Benson and his crew Chris, Mcade and Joss were friendly, polite and very efficient. Would call them again and will recommend them to others.

Benson was professional and thorough! He checked throughout my house to make sure that I didn’t have any water damage. He was very honest and I would highly recommend this company!
Had a clocked toilet that over flowed in the kids bathroom. Called hydroheros and they came and got everything removed and dried up within couple of days.

Benson and his team sprang into action on a Sunday for my plumbing customer that had a water damage emergency. The team was quick and communicated well.
