Chris Bogle was a great project manager for us. We had a pipe burst as a result of the ice storm & caused damage to 25% of our home. Chris navigated us through a complex restoration and was a breeze to work with. I highly recommend him for your project.

Our home had a water leak which required mold remediation, demo of the old flooring, and the installation of the new flooring. We are very pleased with the work Hannah Restoration performed and would recommend them for anyone in a similar situation.

This is my second time having Hannah restoration do work at my house. From the beginning of the process to completion they make it so organized and easy. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
My insurance adjuster insisted that Hannah Restoration provide an estimate for my homeowners insurance claim. When they arrived, they refused to inspect my attic, even though the air return had been flooded—the main reason they were there. Instead, they seemed more interested in playing in my commode, which had nothing to do with the claim.
Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to inspect the actual damage was unacceptable. I ended up telling them to leave and never come back to my home

Our documentation shows a Certificate of Satisfaction was completed on June 23, 2025, with a 10/10 rating across all categories. We also want to be clear: your claim was never related to your toilet. The damage was caused by an HVAC unit overflow that affected the ceiling and walls in multiple rooms, one of which happens to be the bathroom where the toilet is located. Our drying equipment was placed there for that reason, and we have documentation, including attic photos, of the affected materials being addressed. Fantastic company to work with. The office was very nice and was able to get someone to come out the same day start the process when I had a pipe burst They got the process Started right away to Pulled out the carpet and flooring and got the fans running to dry out the wood. Tony And Charlie came out every day to check on the progress and let me know how it was going. Very nice guys. Very polite and explained everything well. They even helped me move some stuff because I had just had hand surgery and couldn’t lift heavy. I would highly recommend this company for your restoration needs.
