Absolutely phenomenal! We had a major water emergency, and Freedom Restoration was able to come in quickly with the right equipment to help make sure our floors were not going to be ruined or warped from water damage. Can't thank them enough!

In April of 2026 we experienced a flood in our finished basement due to extremely heavy rain. As first time home buyers (and being in the home less than 5 months) we had absolutely no idea what to do. We called Bruce and got ahold of them right away. We explained our situation and Bruce came out the same day! They thoroughly assessed the situation and explained a recommendation of next steps. They started the restoration immediately! Their quick response and knowledge helped ease our minds in a stressful situation. Everyone on the team was very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our sump pump failed and our finished basement carpet got very wet. Bruce and his team had the carpet and pad removed and floor dry within 3 days. They kept us informed every step of the way. Honest, personable, friendly.
