From my very first contact with a real human answering the phone to the technicians who handled the mess, everyone, I mean everyone, was sharp, knowledgeable and totally focused on the problem and, surprisingly, with me as someone who just had to cancel his vacation because of a water mess!
Both Ronald and Tara, the onsite team, were remarkable for their attention to the problem while separately explaining to me everything that was going on, the technology they were using and what to expect.
Not ever having had something like this before, I always felt I was in good hands and never felt out of the loop.
I can't imagine anyone, or any firm, doing it better. There's only one number in my phone for any flood, fire, mold or restoration problems in the future - Florida Fire & Flood!

Chris from Florida Fire and Flood came out immediately when we needed our bathroom flood taken care of. Their entire team was very responsive and Chris made sure to make himself available for any questions or needs we had during the process. Throughout the week we had a full team working on our house, Kristan, Ronald, Sebastian, Christian, Tera! They all went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and as comfortable with everything going on as possible. They even cleaned up after themselves and left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived!
