Having EcoClean come and do a mold cleanup for us was super easy. We had a dedicated project manager (John) who was always available to answer questions as they arose. Everyone on-site was highly professional, and always kept us updated on different parts of the process. They were able to come out really quickly after the consultation, which provided a lot of peace of mind. Hopefully we won't have have mold issues again, but if there's any unforseen floods or water damage I'll know who to call!

I can't thank John and his team enough. Dealing with flood damage was a nightmare, but John gave me hope and a clear plan to get things back to normal. Their reliability, expertise and most importantly willingness to work with you and give fair knowledgeable advice are by far the best I’ve seen from any contractor I’ve worked with. I read some of the other reviews to see how others felt both before and after I’ve used EcoClean’s services and repeatedly see words such as amazing, professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, problem solving, empathetic, compassionate, patient, and kind used, in addition to not having inflated estimates and adding things that are not needed. Shiv and his team are all those things. I think it starts with the family nature of the EcoClean team and Shiv’s emphasis on the relationships he has with customers and treating them all with respect. Shiv and EcoClean are truly unique among contractors.
