I highly recommend Austin Fire and Flood for any flood cleanup and remodeling. Every member of their team is a exceptional professional. They arrived within 2 hours of my call. They diligently worked with me on insurance claim.

We had water damage in our house and these guys came super quick and handled everything with insurance, getting the water out and cleaned up, and the whole remodeling process. This would have been much more of a headache without them managing the whole thing and being very responsive. You could tell they cared about you and your house. Hopefully we don’t have this happen again, but if we do, I will be using them again!

I called austin fire and flood to get advice on a mold issue I was having in my apartment. Unfortunately they werent able to help bc of my certain situation but Alex was very helpful, patient and quick w answers. He even went as far as to walk me through steps of what I need to do to get help. Definitely will keep them in mind if I need any help moving forward.

These guys are great! Instead of selling me on an expensive package, they let me know my damage wasn't too bad and gave me free advice to fix it! I will definitely call them back and trust them if I have any other water damage.

When you need help, they are there. I regret we didn't have them for storage because they would have taken much better care of our personal property. Jesus especially has good taste when picking out flooring. Austin Fire and Flood was the only company that would give me an estimate and sat down with me to go over it. One of the companies that returned our things was very impressed with the job Austin Fire and Flood did. They should know,; they see restored homes regularly and told me horror stories. Give them a chance to get your business.
