Sam and Jake were quick to respond and were able to come for an inspection same day. They were very honest about what I needed, and didn’t try to price gouge me on services I didn’t need (like other companies did). They have great prices, and are good people to work with! Highly recommend

What a wonderful company with amazing people, who are ready to help! Ark-La-Tex Water Mitigation had someone (Sam) at my home within hours of my initial call. They were able to execute on a solution same day. Best of all was Sam who checked in on us daily to ensure that everything was going as planned. I’m so thankful for their quick response! Sam and his team showed up and within a few hours had the damaged material cleared out and the fans drying. They were also very well informed as far as how this service works in line with our insurance company. They walked us through the details and communicated with Allstate. Very responsive! Came out and immediately and accessed the water damage and gave me a way forward to make sure my home was safe for my family. Samuel is a hard worker, honest, and trustworthy. Wow! I am so incredibly grateful for the hard work, knowledge, and professionalism of Ark-La-Tex Water Mitigation! I came home from vacation to find water overflowing from my upstairs primary bathroom sink down into my kitchen ceiling. It was absolutely nerve wrecking! As I reached out to people asking them who should I call and what should I do, everyone said to call Ark-La-Tex Water Mitigation. I worked directly with Sam and he was so knowledgeable and compassionate in my situation. He showed me everything he and his team were doing and talked me through every step. He even had great advice and connections for how to make my repairs post mitigation. In a nerve wrecking situation, to have Sam and his team be so kind and compassionate while going above and beyond to get the job done was such a tremendous blessing. Sam and his crew were very accommodating. They were mindful of where they parked and communicated with us thoroughly, letting us know what was happening in the process. Initially, they were on site at 9 PM within the hour of calling. I would highly recommend them if you want professionalism!
