I cannot say enough positive things about Jeff D., the Operations Manager at Arizona Restoration Contractors. He was incredible throughout every step of our mold remediation process. I definitely wasn't the average client, as we have a child with a medical component involving CIRS, so making sure everything was handled properly and with the right precautions was extremely important to our family. Jeff completely understood the seriousness of our situation and went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were heard and addressed. He was always available to answer my questions, explain what was happening, and help me feel confident in the process. There were definitely moments when this situation felt overwhelming, but having Jeff there and knowing I could reach out to him made a huge difference. I always felt like I was in good hands and never felt like I was being brushed off or treated like just another customer. Jeff's communication, knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine care for our family were exceptional. I highly recommend Arizona Restoration Contractors. We experienced severe water damage upstairs, followed by a second incident that damaged newly repaired floors and walls. Throughout the entire process, Tim was exceptional. He coordinated with two separate insurance claims and adjusters, kept repairs moving despite insurance delays, and even arranged for our tenants’ belongings to be moved into POD storage. He communicated proactively with both us and our tenants, ensuring everyone stayed informed. What stood out most was his commitment to quality. When the fireplace tile didn’t match the original look, he had it redone without hesitation. He also had his team redo the bathroom floor on his own because he wasn’t satisfied with the finished result. That level of pride in the work is rare. Tim worked directly with the insurance adjusters to align estimates and stayed true to his commitment that all work would be completed within the approved insurance claim amounts. Incredible experience. RestoPros was my first experience with mold remediation and it was so smooth and easy. The communication and client involvement is top notch. They took care of mold in a townhouse for me with no disturbance to the neighbors. I was amazed. Alex and Bailey are a fantastic team and do a great job of explaining what’s going on inside the walls. I am beyond happy and very grateful to them.
