Ok so most reviews give you an idea about the company. That is all fine and good. This is a great company. But I would like to review the people. I called and talked to Matt. I needed several repairs done so I could meet my closing deadline. Matt assured me it would be no problem. He had my countertop repaired in a couple of days. Then a team showed up and repaired some ductwork in the attic and did mold restoration under the house. They did an amazing job and in a timely manner. And as with projects and a client that needed everything done yesterday, there were a couple of things that needed addressed after the team left. Now mind you, we live way out of town in Chadwick. It is 45 minutes to anything. So when I asked them to look at the issues, Adrian came out to promptly address these issues and assured me it would be taken care of. It was a Sunday. I didn’t expect anything to get taken care of on a Sunday. The closing is Thursday and the inspector is coming back out to inspect the work, right??? Well about 45 minutes later another truck pulled into my driveway. A guy walked up and was introduced to me. It was John, the owner of ABC. Now when I tell you I was surprised that they were addressing these issues on a Sunday, you can imagine how confident I felt knowing the OWNER OF THE COMPANY came out to make sure everything was done and done right was amazing. I will close on time and the sump pump has been replaced, hand rails added to the deck, and the inspector will check every box that I asked ABC Environmental Contracting to check. So if you need a job done and a job done right that you can count on, I highly recommend you call these people. They aren’t just a company working to earn a check. These are people that care and take pride in their craft. And Adrian even lit my hot water heater and closed my garage door that I left open. These are people you can depend on. Thank you guys for saving the closing on my house.

When we were informed of water damage in our condo from a frozen pipe, we were very stressed about managing this from 500 miles away. One call to ABC Environmental and they responded very quickly and with ongoing professionalism. Dakota was my initial contact and he went out of his way to make sure all aspects of the process were well managed from initial mitigation through return of the restored furniture. Thank you Dakota and ABC!

What a great company. There cleaning branch dose wonderful work. They do a good job taking care of content, and everything comes back clean as the day you buy it

We had a small grease fire in our home. I chose this business solely on their internet reviews. Horrible decision! They must have paid people for the good reviews. Poor communication. Took months to get painting and some "cleaning" done. The paint is horrible. Streaks and painted the light fixtures. The cleaning was very minimal. Said they would need to paint more. At that point we told them to not come back. We would do it ourselves. It had already been 3 months. I ended up just cleaning the house myself. They did the pack out but never cleaned the items. The total invoice was over $12,000. Had to pay or they wouldn't give items back. I assumed for that price our items were cleaned. I assumed wrong. They went through multiple employees. When asked about invoice pricing and how they came up with that total for only painting the ceilings (my 14yr old could've painted better) and doing some cleaning Everyone's response was idk I just started working here. They have a major employee turnover problem. We ended up doing everything else ourselves. I would NEVER recommend this business! I would've given zero stars but you had to select one to make a review.

ABC worked on my basement mold remediation. The crew showed up daily ready to work. Jake Rauch was especially helpful and walked me through updates on the progress. He even went above and beyond when I left for a trip and left some items... he mailed me the items and texted pictures of the crew's progress. ABC also custom ordered cabinets that more closely matched the damaged ones. Overall I am very pleased.

Rating for 'content' only is superb. The ladies who handled the content were organized and took great care in protecting personal items.
